These Terms of Service govern all digital services, software deliverables, and engineering advisory packages provided by DigitalForgeSt, registered at 214 48 SÄRLAGATAN 13A, MALMÖ, Sweden. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms.

Scope of Work. All project deliverables are governed by an explicitly contracted Statement of Work (SOW) executed between the Client and DigitalForgeSt. Any work outside the agreed scope requires a written change order with associated cost and timeline adjustments.

Intellectual Property. Upon complete settlement of all agreed commercial invoices, DigitalForgeSt assigns all worldwide intellectual property rights in the client-specific software deliverables, design tokens, source code, and digital assets directly to the Client. Confidentiality. Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding proprietary business information, technical specifications, and project details shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement by 24 months.

Limitation of Liability. DigitalForgeSt's total aggregate liability under any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
